What I loved most was the charming vibe of the place! The atmosphere felt like a cozy hideaway, and the staff went above and beyond ❤️. The only downside was the pool, which could have been cleaner.

The charming hotel is a peaceful retreat near the bustling center. Enjoyed the lovely grounds and friendly staff, though some areas for improvement include stronger lighting and outdated mattresses. Breakfast had limited variety, but the fresh ingredients were appreciated.

Oh, let’s talk bread! The homemade orange marmalade served at breakfast? Pure bliss! Also, the hotel’s charm hits you like a warm hug. it's beautifully kept, with a tranquil pool right outside. And the kind staff? They made the stay feel extra cozy!
Now, if you’re not spry on those cobblestone streets, this hilly town might test your endurance. The breakfast options were decent but felt a bit lacking in variety, especially for the price. A few lounge options on the terrace would elevate that killer view.

It was just a suitable option for a lightning trip in San Miguel de Allende with attractive and competitive value for money. I wish someone had come by to turn on a heater for us while we sat on the patio at night. that would have made it even better. Make sure to bring your own heater if you plan to enjoy the outdoor seating in cooler weather.

My stay was highlighted by the incredible proximity to charming spots like el jardin and the historic museum of san miguel de allende, making weekend strolls a breeze, and the attentive staff really made the experience special. just a friendly note that the room could use a bit more lighting to enhance the ambiance in the evenings.

During our family trip, the colonial charm of this place truly captivated us. The warm pool was a highlight for the kids, and we appreciated the spacious Queen Junior Suite, which had a cozy seating area perfect for relaxation. The staff were kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. However, the lighting in the room could have been better, and some additional dining options would have been nice.

Friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.
The reservation process was incredibly frustrating. I had to call multiple times, and communication in English was a challenge. The room was also disappointingly noisy due to banging pipes from above, which kept me from sleeping well at night. Additionally, there were issues with hot water, and the pressure in the shower was abysmal.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel during our group trip. The breakfast was delicious every day, and we loved relaxing by the lovely pool. The location made it easy to explore nearby wineries and golf courses. The staff were friendly and really made us feel welcome!
One downside was the lack of air conditioning in the penthouse room, making it quite warm at times. This could be uncomfortable for some guests, especially during hot months.

would stay here again
Lovely, quiet oasis only a 5-minute walk from the main square. Warm, friendly staff helped make the stay great. Large room with an enormous king bed and beautiful azulejos tiles in the bathroom. Delicious breakfast with fresh coffee, cooked-to-order eggs, chilaquiles, and more. Small but cozy pool in the garden surrounded by flowers.

We absolutely loved relaxing by the warm pool and enjoying the beautiful view from the terrace during our stay. The massage treatments were excellent, and the heated pool was a refreshing treat. It took a little longer than expected to get the cooking supplies for our room, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊
